If the series respects the original material, fans and newcomers (including those waiting Following Shogun impatiently) can hope for a clever mix of politics, fights and epic moments loaded with emotions and betrayals.

In case the series is a success, many other installments with Kazuma Kiryu at its center are ready to be adapted.
