This weekend, as part of the Summer Game Fest, numerous online conferences allowed us to discover the future games that will power players' PCs and consoles. Microsoft was of course there with its Xbox Games Showcase. Still no new hardware (portable console, controller, etc.) on the horizon, apart from new Xbox Series X models without disc drive, but games. A lot of games. Call of Duty Black Ops 6

Microsoft unsurprisingly opened hostilities with Call of Duty Black Ops 6. Expected on consoles and PC on October 25, this will be the first opus of Activision's long saga to arrive day one on Game Pass.

Doom: The Dark Ages

Still in dynamic FPS, time for the next game from id Software, Doom: The Dark Ages. This prequel will be released in 2025 on Xbox consoles and PC, and will land in Game Pass upon its release.
