Health functionality in headphones

This is the site MacRumorsbased on data spotted in one of Apple's latest software updates, which states that it does so. The headphones (like the Apple Watch) would capture and then send the user's heart rate to the Health app on the iPhone linked to the headphones. However, this would only work if both headphones are worn, and only during a workout. It would also be possible to connect the Powerbeats Pro 2 to compatible gym equipment (treadmills, etc.) to measure heart rate.

A concentrate of technologies

This feature would be unheard of in Beats or Apple headphones. Even the AirPods 4 do not offer it. Perhaps in the AirPods Pro 3 ? Still according to the elements recovered in an update, the Powerbeats Pro 2 should be offered in orange, purple, black and beige. Finally, these headphones should benefit from active noise reduction, spatial and adaptive audio.
