The unique way of producing helmet shells at Schuberther enables low weight with optimum stability. Direct Fibre Processing (DFP) is an innovation from Schuberth. An endless glass strand is cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mould. This preform is baked with the addition of a precisely defined amount of resin under high pressure in a heatable form to a helmet shell with exceptional strength. A multi-part construction of the inner shell enables high energy consumption and ensures more safety.

In order to guarantee our customers the best possible driving and transport experience, we have equipped our C4 Pro with a Pinlock anti-friction plate as standard. Fits exactly, sits securely

The motorcycle helmet complies with the ECE R 22.05 test standard and can therefore be driven throughout Europe. The helmet is available in sizes from XS to 3XL. This corresponds to head circumferences of 52 to 65 centimeters.

Note: Not all helmets tested to ECE 22.05 and ECE 22.06 comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 218 (“FMVSS No. 218”)
