Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro: design, specifications and price no longer hold any secrets before the announcement

WinFuture is back with a slew of information on soon-to-be-announced smartphones: the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro. In a blog post published on September 12, 2024, the German media first shared the design of this generation.

At first glance, Xiaomi does not seem to have made any design changes compared to the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro: an aluminum chassis, flat edges and a square photo module.

Looking closer, we still discover subtle changes: an LED flash located at the bottom right of the rear camera module, a flat back for the 14T and curved for the 14T Pro as well as a textured power button with ridges.

In terms of colors, we discover that the 14T would be available in black, blue, yellow and silver. The 14T Pro would be offered in blue, silver and black.

For the technical sheet, the two smartphones would share the following characteristics: 6.67-inch OLED screen at 144 Hz (2,712 x 1,220), 12 GB of RAM, 256 or 512 GB of storage, a 32 Mpx selfie camera, a 12 Mpx ultra wide-angle and a 50 Mpx telephoto lens with x2 optical zoom as well as a 5,000 mAh battery.

The processor, fast charging and the main photo sensor are thus the three places where Xiaomi's next high-end models stand out.

Finally, the Xiaomi 14T would start at €699. The Pro version would cost €200 more, bringing the bill to €899.
