Logitech G keyboards and mice: the Pro range is renewed, the Core is improved
No revolution, but several evolutions for the new batch of Logitech G peripherals. The Pro range aimed at gamers keen on high-end products sees some of its most popular peripherals renewed, starting with the PRO X TKL RAPID keyboard, a magnetic version of the Pro X TKL released last year. Traditional mechanical switches are replaced here by magnetic analog switches, with actuation points that can be adjusted according to your wishes without having to go through a software solution. In addition to the classic model, a TKL and wired model is also offered.
Mice are not left out either, starting with the range Pro X Superlight 2 which gives birth to a successor a year after its arrival on the shelves. Here is the Pro X Superlight 2 Dex, a model specially cut for right-handers with a silhouette that fits the shape of a hand. Nothing new in its guts, however, with all this Hero 2 sensor and its resolution that can reach 32,000 DPI and a polling rate of 8 kHz, and the promise of 95 hours of autonomy in constant movement.
A similar spec sheet lives in the Pro 2 Lightspeed, the other mouse in the Pro range presented by Logitech. A little heavier at 80g, this mouse takes up the ambidextrous design of its predecessor by adding Lightspeed wireless connectivity and the brand's Hero 2 sensor, and still those famous customizable side buttons according to the dominant hands. The Pro X Superlight 2, Pro 2 Lightspeed mice and the Pro X TKL Rapid keyboard are all available in black, pink or white.
On the Core range side, it is the G915 low-profile keyboard that is the center of attention. After a first model In 2019, it was followed by the G915 X. The keys are now made of double-injection PBT, promising more durable solidity, while the old switches have been replaced by POM switches, known for being much quieter. The Keycontrol technology, introduced with the PRO X 60 this year and which allows you to assign macros to the keyboard keys, will be compatible with the G915 X. A TKL version is also available. The “standard” G915 keyboard is now equipped with a wired version.
