Choosing the right size bike depends on your height, but also on your body shape (leg length and arm span).
If you are between 2 sizes, taking the smaller one will give you a more sporty position, the larger one a more comfortable position.

Fork
Triban Evo fork with carbon legs and 1″1/8 Aheadset aluminum steerer. This fork combines comfort, lightness (680g) and precision.
The carbon has been worked to guarantee good lateral rigidity and good filtration of frontal vibrations.

A running-in period is necessary. Simply do a series of 20 progressive braking applications at low speed (20 km/h), a second series at 30 km/h. Both brakes must be run in well.
Lapping allows for better adhesion between the pad and the disc.

You can mount the SET MUDGUARDS SKS BLUEMELS MATT 35 (ref: 8385659) or the ROAD BIKE SADDLE MUDGUARD FLASH BLACK (ref:8327786).

Is the RC500 bike suitable for bikepacking?
Yes, this bike is designed for road touring, including bikepacking. This means that you can install lightweight panniers, for example on the saddle, frame and handlebars. Thanks to its comfort, the RC500 is the perfect ally for long days in the saddle.
However, this bike is not a touring bike. We do not recommend overloading it with wider travel bags on a luggage rack, for example.
