Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and S10 Ultra: AI at the heart of the new high-end tablets
They were expected at the turning point and here they are now official and marketed by Samsung. We are of course talking about its latest high-end tablets, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Tab S10 +. The manufacturer also emphasizes that the most reasonable Tab S9 is not replaced and remains in the catalog.
AI for more features and performance
The main difference between the Tab S10 Ultra and Tab S10+ is in the screen size: 14.6 inches for the Ultra versus 12.4 inches for the Plus. Both feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X at 120 Hz, this time with anti-glare similar to that of the S24 Ultraand still IP68 certified.
To power these slates, a Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ CPU was chosen (alongside a more powerful GPU and an NPU), supported by 12 or 16 GB of RAM depending on the version. Samsung also promises better heat dissipation. We will also appreciate the backward compatibility with the Tab S9 accessories. Fast charging is there, while waiting to know the exact autonomy of this generation.
The new keyboard Book Cover Keyboard is getting a new AI-dedicated key. The latter (Gemini or Bixby as you choose) promises better performance thanks to the NPU, but also functions that will arrive later on the S9. Samsung is talking in particular about improved sound rendering thanks in part to artificial intelligence, or even improved note-taking or sketch generation in association with the supplied S Pen.
