A nice little chocolate fondant recipe:
Ingredients :
– 4 eggs
– 150g of sugar
– 40g of almond powder
– 40g flour
– 1 glass of oil to the brim
– 200g of Nestlé dark chocolate dessert from Leclerc (lol)
Preparation :
Melt the chocolate
Egg + sugar = whiten well
Add: almond powder + flour + oil
Mix well
Add the melted chocolate
Put everything in the mold.
Cook for 25 min at 180° (be careful depending on your oven)
