iOS 18 crashes the iPhone 16 Pro camera

A new problem has just affected the iPhone 16 Pro. As we reported last week a bug in the touch screenit's now the photo section's turn to do something about it.

Tom's Guide indeed shared on September 27, 2024 that Apple's latest Pro models were subject to repeated crashes of the Camera application.

In details, users (mainlyiPhone 16 Pro Max) relay on the Apple forum that it displays a black screen when launched from the lock screen, the button Camera control or just the app.

To get everything back to normal, a temporary solution was found: restart the smartphone. Unfortunately, the iPhone 16 camera bug is not wiped out by performing this maneuver, as it returns to charging shortly after. “Mine works after turning the phone off and on again, but the next day it crashes!”shares a user suffering from this problem.

In any case, a member of the Apple forum pointed out that he had spoken with the assistant for several days and that the bug was reported to the engineers. A fix should therefore be deployed soon.
