I was looking for a good linear keyboard QWERTY wireless and a good deal for the g915 Lightspeed. I finally came across the new improved model of the g915 Lightspeed: the X version which has just been released (September 17, 2024). The model is 920-012698 which, on the official website, corresponds to Usa international QWERTY.
The price is the best we can find for this new model and I don't know how much it will last, given that, officially, on the Logi site it is displayed at 249.99 and elsewhere you can easily find it (Amazon included) even at more .
Surely it will annoy the majority who want azerty, but it will still make happy those, like me, prefer QWERTY and it is difficult to find it in France and for this price, it is “given”.
Changes:
Logitech claims to have “completely redesigned” the keyboard switches with cross-shaped stems instead of hooks, allowing for better key stability and “a smoother, quieter typing experience.”
The actuation point reduced from 1.5 to 1.3mm allows even faster activation of inputs for the most responsive games. Logitech also promises PBT keys that are “more resistant to wear” and even less sensitive to fingerprints. To be tested once the keyboard is in our hands.

Logitech also added a new KEYCONTROL key that allows “any key to become an effective macro that combines multiple commands into one
Otherwise we remain on familiar ground with the presence of the volume wheel and the various multimedia buttons on the upper part of the keyboard.
