While fans will certainly be saddened to hear the news, it is far from surprising: the first season of That '90 Show had a far from exceptional launch, with only 10.6 million views during its first 4 days of broadcast. Or a start equivalent to the series resident Evil And 1899both canceled.
But it was season 2 that truly sealed its fate. It only recorded 1.7 million views in 4 days, an 83% drop in its audience and one of the most resounding failures for a program of this ilk. Unsurprisingly, Netflix has therefore decided to stop the fees. It certainly remains a possibility that another platform will take over the show, but nothing is less certain…
