Nvidia RTX 50: the 5070 and 5060 (and Ti) models could closely follow the 5080 and 5090
Given the size of graphics cards today, to grasp the current rumors concerning them, we invite you to take strong pliers rather than the usual tweezers. The only thing certain is that Nvidia will introduce new GPUs, namely the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080next January during CES. Until then, rumors are rife, including about other models.
Grouped Nvidia releases in early 2025?
Today it is Board Channela more or less correct source in the past, which evokes hypothetical release dates for the no less hypothetical RTX 5060 and 5070, but also their Ti versions. This is the first time that these variations have been the subject of rumors.
According to Board Channel, Nvidia would waste no time in completing its 2025 offering composed solely of the high-end RTX 5080 and RTX 5090, coming in January. Indeed, the mid-range RTX 5070 and RTX 5070 Ti models would be marketed in February, followed in March by the entry-level RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti. Potentially good news for consumers in a hurry who cannot afford the most expensive GPUs, nor the desire to buy an older generation graphics card.
There is no point in trying to speculate on the technical characteristics of the RTX 5060 and RTX 5070, as this rumor mill is still lacking any substance at the moment. See you probably next January for an official announcement, or in a few days for the next rumors!
