The 4th edition of the participatory olive collection will take place on Saturday November 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Champ de Mars in Valence (26-Drôme), parking possible on site during the drop-off.

This collection, which makes it possible in particular to avoid the waste of unused fruit, is aimed at all owners of olive trees, Valentinois or not, wishing to complete the harvest and participate in the production of olive oil from Valence.

The olives must have been harvested from the tree a maximum of 48 hours before collection (refuse of earthy or rotten olives) and stored in perforated boxes (no airtight bags or boxes) in order to avoid premature rotting.

Quantities accepted: No minimum required and a maximum of 30 kg per participant to have 1/2L to 2L of olive oil offered:
