In Sniper Elite: Resistance, Special Operations Executive (SOE) agent Harry Hawker takes the lead role for the first time in the series as he discovers an insidious new Wunderwaffe – something so powerful it guarantees the Nazis the victory of the war. This new standalone story takes place alongside the events of Sniper Elite 5 and turns the attention to the hidden war, far from the front lines, in the heart of occupied France.
As you would expect from Sniper Elite, the game features unprecedented shooting mechanics, third-person stealth and tactical combat. You can also expect a lot of freedom in how you complete your mission, with optional kill list targets, multiple infiltration and extraction points, and side missions. Sniper Elite Resistance also introduces Propaganda Missions, an entirely new side mission style to the series. Locate a unique propaganda poster in each of the main campaign levels to unlock a propaganda mission in which you become a Resistance fighter.
