Are you looking for a cheap mobile plan without sacrificing data volume? Free and Sosh offer offers for less than €10 per month with generous data envelopes. But which offer best suits your needs? From the volume of data to the services included, including the quality of the network, we review all the criteria in this comparison to help you choose the ideal package.

Free Series 110 GB plan at €8.99/month

The Free Series plan evolves regularly, but it maintains a constant principle: offering a large volume of data at an advantageous price. Recently, Free even enriched its flagship offering by integrating 5G at no extra cost and the OQEE TV application, allowing you to benefit from higher connection speeds and access numerous live and Replay channels directly from your mobile.

Otherwise, in addition to these two additions, the new Free Series package includes an envelope of 110 GB in 5G and 4G in mainland France, 25 GB of data to consume while roaming in Europe and the overseas territories, as well as unlimited calls, SMS and MMS . On the network side, Free uses its own infrastructure and announces coverage of more than 99% of the population in 4G and more than 94% in 5G. We can therefore enjoy it almost everywhere in France.

As always, the Free series transforms into a Free 5G plan (350 GB at €19.99/month) after the first year. But if this change does not suit you, you will be free to cancel and change your offer, because it is a non-binding package.

The advantages in brief:

  • 110 GB of data in 5G and 4G in mainland France
  • 25 GB of 4G data included in roaming in Europe and the French Overseas Territories
  • Unlimited calls and SMS/MMS in mainland France and from EU/DOM
  • OQEE TV application included
  • No commitment

Sosh 100 GB package at €9.99/month

Sosh currently offers a no-obligation 100 GB plan at an attractive price of €9.99 per month. Although the data-price ratio is a little less advantageous than that of the Free Series, this offer remains interesting, because this type of promotion is rarely available from the Orange subsidiary.

This is also one of its major assets: it uses the Orange network. The historic operator is still considered to have the best network in mainland France, both in terms of quality and coverage. Subscribing to the Sosh mobile plan is therefore an excellent way to access this excellent quality network without paying the high price.

However, this is far from being the only advantage of this Sosh mobile plan. It also offers quality content, especially if you are a big data consumer or if you often travel in Europe and the overseas departments. In addition to the 100 GB envelope in France, the Sosh offer includes 20 GB to be consumed in roaming from the EU/DOM zones, without forgetting the unlimited calls and SMS/MMS.

The advantages in brief:

  • 100 GB of data in 4G in mainland France
  • 20 GB of 4G data included in roaming in Europe and the French Overseas Territories
  • Unlimited calls and SMS/MMS in mainland France and from EU/DOM
  • Orange network coverage
  • No commitment

What is the best package for less than 10 euros?

It depends on your needs! If you want to benefit from as much data as possible and 5G, the Free Series package is a better choice with its 110 GB envelope to spend on Free's 4G and 5G networks.
It is also more affordable – although the difference is only €1 – and richer in terms of content with the addition of the OQEE TV app. However, expect to change your offer after the first year if the Free 5G plan at €19.99/month that replaces it does not correspond to what you are looking for.

On the other hand, if you prioritize network quality and want to benefit from the Orange network at all costs, the Sosh mobile plan is the best option.
