After its giant televisions, Xiaomi unveils its inexpensive 2025 Mini-Led TVs
We told you about the new entry-level series Xiaomi TV A and its lowest prices a few months ago, then more recently giant 85 and 100 inch Max TVs and the Chinese manufacturer is back with an S range that is just as interesting from a price point of view.
If prices inevitably rise compared to the A series, this time we will find Mini-Led panels that are a priori much better. We will of course have to check all of this on our test bench, but the management of blooming should be more efficient, and the contrasts appear deeper than on simple LCD panels, and as a bonus, the light peak will normally be higher.
A beautiful technical sheet and low prices
On the program, we will obviously be entitled to a 4K panel (3840 x 2160), but also HDR10+ and Dolby Vision compatibility and a 144 Hz panel for video game enthusiasts. Google TV will serve as the OS and offers a complete interface with all current streaming applications. In any case, we hope that the color calibration will be there, as will the audio quality, but we should not expect the technical prowess of the very high-end models from LG, Samsung, Philips, Sony or even Panasonic. The Xiaomi S will be sold at the following recommended retail prices:
- Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 55″ 2025: €599
- Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 65″ 2025: €799
- Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 75″ 2025: €999
With these aggressive prices, will the Xiaomi TV S TVs be able to compete with those of Hisense and TCL which offer models at similar prices like the'E7NQ Pro Orthe C655 Pronot to mention the excellent C89B ? We'll tell you everything as soon as we can test them!
