Netflix launches new feature to share your favorite scenes

Have you always wanted to set aside certain moments from your favorite series or films on Netflixhow can we corner the pages of a book? It's now possible with a new feature that the streaming platform has added to its mobile app.

Simply called Moments, it allows you to save your favorite scenes and even share them on social networks like Instagram or WhatsApp. We'll explain how to do it.

This function is currently only accessible on devices iOSbut will soon be available on Android mobiles.

To access it, nothing could be simpler: just click on the screen while you are watching a program and select the Moments option at the bottom left of the image. Once a scene is marked, you have the possibility to share it on social networks like Instagram and X (ex-Twitter or to send it to someone via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

People who then want to watch the “moment” in question can click on your link, which will open in their own Netflix app. Note that you can find all your saved moments on the My Netflix page.

Behind this new option is obviously a marketing strategy from Netflix, which hopes to get even more people talking about its content. Thus, by sharing a moment of Stranger Things Or Wednesdayusers promote the SVoD service's programs and boost their popularity.
