The exceptional performance of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra was demonstrated at the Nürburgring circuit in Germany. Please note, however, that this is not the model available to the general public but a prototype version. The sedan set a new record for a four-door car: 6 minutes and 46.874 seconds, clearly outperforming the Porsche Taycan (7:07.55) and the Rimac Nevera (7:05.298).
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is a high-performance electric sedan with impressive features: a triple motor system developing 1,548 horsepower, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.98 seconds (without rollout) and a maximum speed of 350 km/h h. The braking distance from 100 km/h to a standstill is 30.8 meters.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra integrates cutting-edge technologies, including the V8s engine developed in-house by the Chinese company which just launched HyperOS 2reaching 27,200 rpm, the most powerful mass-produced traction motor to date. The manufacturer claims 242 patents in the field of electric motors and power control units.
The vehicle also stands out for its sophisticated aerodynamics, with dimensions of 5,115 mm in length, 1,970 mm in width, 1,465 mm in height and a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. The maximum aerodynamic downforce reaches 285 kg, comparable to the performance of supercars.
The interior combines luxury and sportiness with upgraded sports seats, a carbon fiber racing design steering wheel covered in Alcantara and three distinct electric sound profiles: Ultra Electric, Ultra Sonic and Ultra Pulse delivered via a 40W external audio system.
