“Residents of the urban areas of Lens-Liévin and Hénin-Carvin will be able to request a free subscription from Monday, November 4.

While free transport must apply from January 1, 2025 for residents of the urban areas of Lens-Liévin and Hénin-Carvinyou will be able from tomorrow, Monday November 4, to your subscription request. To do this, go to the website tadao.fr.

You will be asked for several documents such as a photo ID, an identity document and proof of address less than three months old. After verification by Tadao services, you will receive an email. Please note, you must make a trip within the first three months of 2025. Otherwise, your subscription will be canceled.

Completely free in 2026

As a reminder, this free bus network and TER will also concern the agglomeration of Béthune-Bruay (CABBALR) from January 1, 2026. With nearly 150 municipalities concerned, Artois Mobilités will become the largest public transport network in France to offer completely free transport. Nearly 650,000 inhabitants are affected. You will no longer need a transport ticket. »
