The Realme GT7 Pro offers the Elite, an ultra-bright screen and a very generous battery
Realme has just presented its new flagshipthe GT7 Pro, a smartphone designed for users looking for a powerful and innovative device. The Realme GT7 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch Eco² Oled Plus screen, a technology developed by Samsung and Dolby Vision compatible. The Chinese brand promises a maximum brightness of 2000 cd/m² and an HDR peak of up to 6000 cd/m², for reading comfort even in direct sunlight. According to the manufacturer, this Eco² Oled Plus technology would be more durable and consume less energy, allowing prolonged use without altering quality.
Armed with Qualcomm's new high-end Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, the GT7 Pro promises peak performance, even for the most demanding apps, with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. This processor is combined with a dual vapor chamber cooling system, intended to keep the smartphone at a stable temperature, even during intensive gaming sessions. Like the OnePlus 13 from the other brand of the BBK Electronics group, the device benefits from IP68/IP69 certification which protects it from dust and immersion in hot water.
The Realme GT7 Pro is distinguished by a complete photo section. At the top, we find a 50 megapixel main sensor (Sony IMX906) with optical stabilization (OIS) and f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by a 50 Mpx Sony IMX882 telephoto lens, with a stabilized zoom and an f/2 aperture .65, and an 8 Mpx ultra wide angle (f/2.2). The particularity of this configuration lies in its underwater photo mode, a world first for a smartphone aided by its waterproof certification.
The GT7 Pro is also equipped with a 6,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery, a record for the manufacturer. The 120W SuperVOOC fast charging system claims to charge up to 50% in less than 15 minutes. Thanks to an exclusive algorithm, this battery is also more constant, offering increased longevity. Delivered under Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0, the GT7 Pro offers its own AI functions, notably in terms of photo editing and gaming.
The Realme GT7 Pro is available in three colors on the Chinese market, and several memory configurations, starting at ¥3,599 (or around €465 in raw conversion). Pre-orders are already open in China, and global release is planned by the end of the month, with pricing expected to be announced soon.
