(1) Account opening bonus of €10: Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, in particular privileges and partner offers, valid until 11/17/2024 inclusive, reserved for non-SG individual customers of legal age for the first effective opening of an individual SG bank account (excluding the right to account), carried out following the signature of an online account opening request made between 11/13/2024 and 11/17/2024 inclusive. Not valid for SG employees and SG business card holders. Account opening subject to bank acceptance. The €10 bonus is conditional on making a minimum of 5 payments on said account during the first 3 months following the effective opening of the first SG bank account. Bonus paid to the bank account no later than 4 months after opening. The operation of the bank account gives rise to account maintenance fees debited each quarter, according to the rates in force.

(3) Subscription bonus to the banking mobility assistance service €80: Non-cumulative offer reserved for adult SG individual customers holding a first individual SG bank account (excluding account rights) whose opening request was signed online between 02/22/2024 at 10 a.m. and 12/31/ 2024 inclusive, for subscription to the banking mobility assistance service (SG Welcome Service) between 02/22/2024 at 10 a.m. and 01/31/2025 included by the signing of a mobility mandate by the client. The SG Welcome Service is a free service allowing the customer upon opening their bank account to authorize SG to proceed on their behalf with requests for change of bank domiciliation of their valid direct debit operations, recurring and/or permanent transfers made on a bank account opened in another establishment and, if necessary, request its closure. The bonus of €80 is paid into the client's SG bank account no later than 2 months after completion of the banking mobility mandate.
