Set in a post-apocalyptic universe populated by zombies, Left 4 Dead 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the best co-op game of 2008.
This first-person co-op action shooter takes your team through graveyards and swamps, from Savannah to New Orleans in 5 campaigns.
You will play as one of four survivors and you will have a vast arsenal of classic and upgradeable weapons of destruction. In addition to guns, you'll also have access to slashing and blunt weapons to produce maximum damage in melee: chainsaws, axes and the deadly frying pan.
These weapons will be put to the test (or used in Versus mode) against horrible opponents like the three new special infected. You will also encounter five unique new common zombies, including the terrible Mudmen.
The game's fast-paced, action-oriented gameplay is taken to the next level by a new artificial intelligence: AI Director 2.0. This new version of Director procedurally modifies the weather of your battles and the paths you take, and adapts the number of your opponents, sounds and effects according to your performance. L4D2 will bring you a unique experience adapted to your playing style in each session.
