Ref. : 8758107 Our team, parents of young skiers, developed this lightweight down jacket which can be worn under the ski jacket in very cold weather or alone in mild weather.
Under the ski jacket, this lightweight down jacket will protect your child from the coldest temperatures while skiing. Thanks to its windproof and water-repellent material, it can be worn alone in spring.
Thermal insulation in wadding
Thermal insulation allows your young skiers to stay at the right temperature and not be too hot or too cold. The clothing adapts to the physical behavior of their body and the external environment. Wedze uses cotton wool insulation to keep the body warm. This synthetic polyester-based component stores more or less air, depending on the size of the fibers. Thus, the thicker the wadding, the more air it contains and the more insulating it is.
Water repellency
Water repellency is a feature obtained by applying a treatment to prevent water from adhering to the surface of the fabric.
It “glides” without being absorbed, so the garment remains light, breathable and warm. Please note, this does not mean that it is waterproof.
This treatment can be repeated in order to maintain its full effectiveness. Favor sprays to be applied to the exterior, rather than laundry additives, which could degrade the breathability of the product.
