Go to the corresponding game page in the Hungary store and click on the blue 'Buy' link and log in using your usual French account, you will first be asked to create an account address for that region if you do not haven't already configured one.
It will then ask you to add a payment option, this is where you will add the payment card of your choice.
It is advisable to avoid using a VPN altogether.
The game will then be available for download via your console as you normally would.
