Vice-Versa: a twisting teaser for the Disney+ series based on the Pixar film
Before Anxiety, Boredom and Embarrassment land in Riley's head, the other emotions of the heroine of Vice Versa worked with another department of the young girl's brain: the one that deals with her dreams. It is this particular place that the mini-series proposes to explore Dreams Productionsstreaming on Disney+ on December 11, of which a delightful teaser was revealed.
Conflict in dreamland
Dreams Productions is made up of four episodes taking the form of a mockumentary to look at the sophisticated processing of certain memories of Riley that Joy and the other Emotions entrust to the Rêves Productions studio.
According to the official synopsis of this mini-series written and directed by Mike Jones (Drunk, Lucas): “At the head of this “company”, the star director of this department, Paula Persimmon, must face a major challenge: creating the young girl's next big dream. But by being associated with the vain Xeni, a director scene of daydreams who dreams of breaking into the world of nocturnal dreams, the task does not appear to be the easiest…”
The trailer for the series gives a glimpse of the tense relationship between Paula and Xeni as well as the many crazy dreams they create for Riley, who was only 12 years old at the time. Dreams Productions therefore takes place between the events of Vice Versa And Vice-Versa 2.
The original version of the series features the voices of Paula Pell, Richard Ayoade, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Ally Maki, Kensington Tallman, Liza Lapira, Tony Hale, Lewis Black and Phyllis Smith.
