The foldable iPhone is becoming more and more confirmed then that we mention a release date for 2026. According to whistleblower Ross Young, contrary to rumors which spoke of a format similar to Galaxy Z Flip from Samsung, we will have to expect a smartphone that takes the design of the Galaxy Z Fold with a vertical hinge.

Suffice to say that this is good news in terms of screen surface area as slab development begins. However, this format may require adjustments at the operating system level. We are talking about an adapted version of iPadOS rather than the traditional iOS which equips the Californian company's iPhones.
