REGULATIONS OF THE OPERATION
100% WIN WITH DISNEY
1. The Operation is only valid for the purchase of one or more Disney brand product(s) (Disney, Pixar, Marvel or Star Wars) on the Site.
2. The purchase of the product(s) eligible for the Operation must be made on the Site from December 2, 2024 at 12 p.m. to December 15, 2024 at 12 p.m. inclusive.
You will find in the selection: legos, video games, puzzles, alarm clocks, etc…
DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION
Disney offers an activity for two people, valid for a parent and a child (hereinafter the “Beneficiaries”) with one of the partners of the Operation (“the partner of the Operation”) for any purchase on the Site of one or more Disney brand product(s) (Disney, Pixar, Marvel or Star Wars) made between December 2 and 15, 2024.
Marketplace products are included in the Operation.
VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OPERATION
The Operation lasts from December 2, 2024 to June 30, 2025 inclusive.
However, Disney reserves the right to cancel, extend, postpone, shorten or modify the operation, if circumstances require it, particularly in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control. In any event, it cannot be held liable in this respect.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE OPERATION
1. The Operation is reserved for any adult natural person, whatever their nationality, acting in a personal capacity as a consumer with Cdiscount, residing and therefore having a postal address in mainland France (including Corsica), as well as a valid email address.
2. Any minor natural person under eighteen (18) years of age may participate in the Operation under the control and with the consent of one of their parents or the holder of parental authority, or in the absence of their legal guardian, and must also be accompanied by an adult of legal age to the partner of the Operation previously chosen from the list proposed to benefit from their activity.
3. The Operation cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or preferred rates (including CSE rates) offered by Cdiscount. The Operation is limited to two entries per family or group of visitors per day and per Operation partner.
4. Beneficiaries can participate as many times as they wish. However, the offer is limited to one participation per invoice.
CONDITIONS FOR BENEFIT FROM THE OPERATION
1. Go to the site https://activites-noel.fr/ before April 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m., to discover the list of Operation partners and complete the registration form by providing your first name, last name and email address, as well as the name and city of the selected Operation partner.
2. Upload your proof of purchase then validate. Your proof of purchase must be in .jpg or .pdf format and must not exceed 60NB. The CDISCOUNT logo, the date of purchase and the Disney branded product must appear on the proof of purchase and be legible.
Any illegible, incomplete, falsified request, not meeting the conditions of the Operation or recorded on the Operation participation site outside the dates defined in V.1 above, will be considered void and will not be processed.
3. After moderation (within 96 working hours maximum from receipt of proof of purchase), if your participation is compliant, you will receive your nominative pass, valid for a parent and a child, by email.
4.You have until June 30, 2025 inclusive, to go to the chosen Operation partner and benefit from your activity. Follow the partner information listed on the partner site.
5. Persons (adult or child) accompanying the Beneficiaries must pay the full price in force for the activity. Furthermore, all possible additional expenses (transport, meals, equipment, souvenirs, additional activity or service, etc.) remain the responsibility of the Beneficiaries and the people accompanying them.
EXCLUSION AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES
Disney reserves the right to cancel participation, eliminate and/or prosecute anyone who attempts to defraud or harm the smooth running of participation in the offer (in particular false declaration of identity, falsified proof of purchase, participation by means such as automatic participation machines, programs developed for automated participation and more generally by any fraudulent means).
Disney may carry out the necessary verifications regarding the information provided by participants during their registration. Disney may decide to cancel or modify the Operation if it appears that obvious fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever and prevents the smooth running of the Operation.
INFORMATION ON THE ACTIVITY OFFERED
1. Please note that the partner of the Operation offering the activity from which the Beneficiaries and any accompanying persons benefit is solely responsible for the proposed activity. The Beneficiaries and any accompanying persons must respect any instructions given by said partner of the Operation during the activity and within its establishment. The liability of DISNEY and/or Cdiscount cannot under any circumstances be incurred in the event of an incident or accident occurring on the occasion of or during the enjoyment of the activities, or in the event of dissatisfaction of the Beneficiaries concerning the activities.
2. The activity offered may only give rise to dispute in the event of a manifest defect in the activity.
No delivery of the counter-value of the activity in any form whatsoever, nor its
replacement or exchange for other goods or services, for any reason whatsoever, cannot be claimed by the Beneficiaries and/or their companions. DISNEY reserves the right to replace the activities with another offer of the same value and similar characteristics if circumstances require it.
3. In the event that, for a reason beyond the control of DISNEY, the Beneficiaries could not benefit from an activity before June 30, 2025, the latter would be definitively lost.
4. For any information regarding an activity, Beneficiaries may contact the partner of the Operation to whom they wish to go.
5. At the same time, a concierge service is open until June 30, 2025 by email. This service is offered by the company BOGOPLUS, 80 C Boulevard de picpus, 75012 PARIS, RC 793650540 RCS PARIS, at the following email address: [email protected], which will make its best efforts to answer any questions relating to the Operationand to intervene with the partners of the Operation if necessary.
A response will be sent within a maximum of 96 working hours following receipt of the email. Disputes and complaints relating to the Operation will no longer be taken into account after a period of three (3) weeks after the closure of the Operation, i.e. July 21, 2025.
PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected as part of the operation are recorded in a computerized file by the company BOGOPLUS, in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of personal data. The data concerning participants in the Operation are necessary for processing the participation of Internet users in the Operation and are intended solely for the company BOGOPLUS.
These personal data will only be kept for a period strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, namely for a maximum period of 3 weeks after the end of the Operation.
All participants have a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition of their data, as well as a right to portability of their data, which they can exercise by contacting the address following email: [email protected].
