Older generations of Galaxy Watch connected watches will be eligible for the latest One UI 6 Watch update. After Korea and the United States, it is the turn of European users to benefit from the new features.
An update deployed in Europe over several generations
The Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra have already benefited from One UI 6 Watch since their release. It is even these models which inaugurated the new software interface. Last November, Samsung deployed it on the Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic.
But from now on, all connected watches running Wear OS will be able to install the latest update. We then find the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Pro version, the Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and even the Galaxy Watch FE – an affordable option launched this year by Samsung.

One UI 6 Watch improvements
The Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra were the first to benefit from the One UI 6 Watch update.
This latest One UI 6 Watch update offers a new display, like new watch faces. Above all, it allows connected watches to be more precise in their health and sleep measurements.
A new energy score is added, like the “body battery” score developed by Garmin. It offers an assessment of overall health using several indicators, such as heart rate, physical activity carried out during the day or even sleep status.
A “sleep apnea” option is also arriving on the Galaxy Watch to help detect moderate to severe forms of sleep apnea.
Finally, other improvements to phone security and energy management should come with this One UI 6 Watch update.
