Expected in a few months, the Google Pixel 9a suffers, as often, leaks. The latest concerns its design. The X fenibook account in any case claims photos of what would be the firm's next Android smartphone. This leaked photo of the front and back features the same design as shown in previous leaks of supposed renderswe would therefore be tempted to believe it.

Towards a design inspired by the Google Pixel 9

Google would abandon its banner system here. On this back, this time flat, there is a small oval-shaped island where the photo sensors are located. The main one would be a Sony IMX787 of 48 MPx (which is less than the 64 MPx of the Pixel 8a), as in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It would be accompanied by a 13 MPx ultra-wide angle. Same number of MPx on the front for the selfie sensor, in a classic notch.

For the rest of the technical specifications behind its 6.4-inch screen, we remain in the realm of rumors and conjectures. A 5,000 mAh battery (with fairly slow 18 W charging) would be there to power a Tensor G4 chip supported by 8 GB of RAM.

Confirmation soon

The price, for its part, should not be higher than that of the Google Pixel 8a when it was released, namely $499 across the Atlantic. A good point for this mid-range terminal despite its larger size, whose panel would be equal to those of the Pixel 9 and 9 Pro.
