According to several local media and testimonies on social networks, the American region of New Jersey seems to be in the grip of a mysterious phenomenon. Drones of all sizes would fly over, mostly at night, different counties such as Morris, Somerset, Warren and even Sussex. No one knows where they come from, what they do, or who they belong to. A fact which is particularly questionable, because these drones would not be classic models.

Strange drones with mysterious behavior

Walt Miller, the police chief of Evesham Township in Jersey, said: “They weren't like a normal drone that someone would buy and use in their house. They were large, some were described as as large as an SUV, and they had flashing lights.”

The first reports date from November 18 and, since then, local authorities have announced their intention to monitor and investigate these drones. The FBI is also involved, confirming various reports, while encouraging other witnesses to come forward. The mention of a flying device with fixed wings is also cited. In response, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) repeatedly issued temporary drone flight restrictions last month.

Let the police do their job…

If the military analyst (and former general) in the report above wants to be alarming by talking about a risk to national security with surveillance, or even bomb transport, for the moment the main problem that these imposing drones could pose concerns relief. On December 4, this intensive drone flight allegedly prevented a helicopter from landing at the desired location and helping the victim of a car accident.
