Do you find your electricity bills too high? ENGIE gives you a good reason to compare its offer with that of your current supplier to potentially make big savings.

As the cost of living continues to rise, any opportunity to reduce your energy bill is worth taking. This is all the more true as the winter period has only just begun, which means higher electricity consumption to heat your home.

Simple actions have proven effective, such as turning off devices in standby mode or unplugging the internet box at night. But the most effective method, the one with an immediate impact on your bill, whatever your consumption habits, is simply to pay less for your electricity.

Easier said than done? Not necessarily

This is what the electricity supplier ENGIE offers with its Elec Reference 1 year offer. By subscribing to this contract, you benefit from a price per kWh excluding all taxes (excl. VAT) on average 24% cheaper than the regulated rate (in December)(1). And as a bonus, until December 20, €100 discount offered to new customers(2). We explain everything you need to know about it!

5 reasons to choose ENGIE’s 1-year Elec Reference offer

Immediate savings thanks to a more advantageous kWh price? If, like everyone else, you are looking to lower your electricity bill, it is entirely possible with ENGIE's Elec Reference 1 year offer:

  • A kWh tariff (HTT) on average 24% cheaper than the regulated tariff;
  • €100 offered until December 20 for new customers;
  • A fixed price for 1 year for the supply;
  • An offer with no long-term commitment and no cancellation fees;
  • Customer service available 7 days a week to answer your questions.

In France, the regulated electricity tariff offers protection against variations in energy prices, such as those we have observed in recent years. However, when prices finally drop, the impact on contracts is not immediate. This is where ENGIE stands out by giving consumers the opportunity to benefit from much more advantageous prices, without being exposed to market increases!

Because by subscribing to the Elec Reference 1 year offer, you benefit for 12 months from the price indicated at the time of subscription for the supply part (taxes and obligations may however change depending on the decisions of the public authorities), i.e. a price of kWh lower than that of the current regulated tariff (of December). In other words, this is an ideal opportunity to reduce your bill, without taking any risks.

A subscription request in 5 minutes

With 4 million customers, ENGIE stands out for its offersbut also by its ecological commitment, becoming the first supplier of green electricity in France.

Add to that ingenious services to help you monitor and control your daily consumption, such as Ma Conso and Mon Alerte. Without forgetting My Program for Action, which rewards responsible consumption by awarding points. These points can then be used to finance virtuous projects, and thus support the energy transition.

In any case, ENGIE has set up a simple and quick subscription program, 5 minutes is enough, now is the time to take advantage of it!

1 – Price of the kWh excluding tax 24% cheaper on average in December: for a contract with a subscribed power of 9kVA, peak/off-peak hours metering and average usage (MU4), the difference observed between the price of the kWh excluding tax of the Elec Reference 1 year offer and the price per kWh excluding tax of the Regulated Electricity Sales Tariff is -24% OR for a contract with a subscribed power of 6kVA, double counting and short use (CU4), the difference noted between the price of the kWh excluding tax of the Elec Reference 1 year offer and the price of the kWh excluding tax is -23.71% OR for a contract with a subscribed power of 6kVA, simple metering and average use (MU4), the difference noted between the price of the kWh excluding tax of the Elec Reference 1 year offer and the price of the kWh excluding tax is -24.28%. These comparisons are made based on the total indicative price per kWh of the 1-year Elec Reference offer (includes the price per kWh of supply, delivery and obligations) and the price per kWh excluding VAT of the Regulated Sales Tariff. Depending on the customer's consumption profile, the HTT subscription may be higher than the HTT subscription of the Regulated Sales Tariff
