Gemini can now help you navigate your Google Drive folders
It's only a matter of time before Gemini, Google's artificial intelligence, integrates all parts of the Google ecosystem. How many times have you found yourself thinking that you really need to do a little cleaning up in your Drive folders? Or coming across a folder full of documents of all kinds, without really knowing what they contain? Google simply found the solution: Gemini.
Gemini scans your crowded folders in seconds
Google's artificial intelligence can, for a while nowsummarize all your documents present in Google Drive. But until now, it was only one to one. So, if you want to benefit from a summary of a Word document, Gemini can take care of it without any problem. But ask him to summarize a set of documents grouped together in the same file? This request was, until today, still a little too complicated for artificial intelligence.
But good news: an update allows Gemini to perform such a task on multiple files at once, to add even more simplification to the daily work tasks of millions of users. Do you want to have a summary of the documents present in a single folder without having to go through them manually one by one? Gemini takes care of it now. Note that the function only works on files that do not include media: these can be textual documents or even PDFs, presentations of all kinds. Note that this new feature is starting to be implemented everywhere, and should be available to everyone within 15 days maximum.
