Assetto Corsa features an advanced DirectX 11 graphics engine that recreates an immersive environment, dynamic lighting, and realistic materials and surfaces. The advanced physics engine is designed to deliver a highly realistic driving experience, with vehicle characteristics and renderings never seen in any other racing simulator, such as: tire flats, thermal cycles (including graining and blistering ), highly advanced aerodynamic simulation with active moving parts controlled in real time by telemetry input channels, hybrid systems with kinetic energy recovery system simulation, etc. The game pays great attention to detail, with single and multiplayer options, as well as exclusively licensed cars reproduced with the highest possible fidelity, thanks to an official partnership with car manufacturers.
ASSETTO CORSA was developed in the KUNOS Simulazioni R&D office, located inside the Vallelunga International Circuit, which allowed the team to develop the game with the cooperation of real drivers and racing teams.

LEGENDARY CIRCUITS
The circuits have been developed using laser scanning technology, to ensure the highest possible level of accuracy in replicating real-world racing environments.
Monza, Silverstone, Imola, Mugello, Spa, Brands Hatch and many other circuits have been recreated, including the historic reproduction of Monza, which brings to life the legendary Sopraelevata, the high-speed oval circuit where races were organized until in 1961.

Assetto Corsa's physics engine is brand new and uses practical knowledge gained from working closely with motorsport's elite, to deliver the best possible physics precision and thrills.

GAMEPLAY AND FEATURES
Assetto Corsa includes a Career mode, a list of special and unique events and challenges, as well as a fully customizable single-player and multiplayer mode. Compete in drag races, drift challenges and much more! Four driver assistance profiles (gamer, driver, pro, plus a fully customizable profile) allow players to enjoy the simulation at the level that suits them.
The game also has advanced configuration and telemetry options for analyzing race data; a dynamic simulation of the tire rubber deposited on the track, depending on the car's revolutions; a mode adjustable according to the time of day, with position of the sun calculated in real time according to the geographical coordinates of the track and the curve of the sun according to the time and date, in order to obtain the same light conditions as on the real slopes!
