2025 energy check not received? It’s normal, you live in one of these regions

Launched in November 2025, the distribution of the energy check continues to arrive at households affected by this public assistance. Some are still waiting, and are surely beginning to wonder if we have finally forgotten them. Everything is normal: the last wave of sending, from November 24 to 28, concerns three regions and 12 departments.

Here are the last deliveries of the 2025 energy check, it’s coming very soon!

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Ile-de-France and Grand Est are the last to be served by the 2025 batch of energy checks.

Indeed, the deployment takes place from Monday 24 to Friday 28 November for the 12 departments of these regions: Rhône, Ain, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, the rest of Isère, Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Val-de-Marne and Haut-Rhin.

Postal delivery As a reminder, postal delivery is used by default, requiring you to wait a few more days, or even until next week, to receive it in your mailbox. After shipping, it takes between two to four days to arrive.

Exception made for those who had already been entitled to aid in previous years, then authorized the automatic pre-allocation of the next energy checks or opted for the e-check format via their account since the energy check portal of the government.

For the year 2025, 3.8 million households automatically benefited from the energy check – more precisely those who had a 2023 reference tax income of less than €11,000.

In the event that you do not receive the energy check this week or next week, please note that it is necessary to make a claim online via the dedicated counter before February 28, 2026 to rectify the situation. It is also possible to call 0 805 204 805, a dedicated toll-free number, to speak with an advisor (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
