Spring is just around the corner, and Samsung is preparing to announce new smartphones just before this time. Indeed, it has been several years since the South Korean firm chose the month of March to formalize the Galaxy A, and more precisely the Galaxy A3X and Galaxy A5X.

We therefore expect to discover the Galaxy A36 and A56 in about two and a half months, and leaks about them are increasing. A Twitter/X publication shared on December 29, 2024 by the leaker @TheGalox_ also put an end to the suspense regarding the technical sheet of the best-equipped model:

  • Amoled screen with FHD+ definition and 120 Hz refresh rate
  • Exynos 1580 chip
  • 8 or 12 GB of RAM
  • 128 or 256 GB of storage
  • 50 + 12 + 5 Mpx photo module
  • 12 MP selfie camera
  • 5,000 mAh battery
  • 45W wired fast charging
  • Unchanged design with aluminum frame and glass back

In itself, few things change. We actually notice that the front sensor of the Galaxy A56 would adopt a lower resolution compared to that of the Galaxy A55 (12 Mpx instead of 36 Mpx); while wired fast charging would now be on par with the latest generations of Galaxy S+ and Galaxy S Ultra with a power of 45 W, compared to 25 W previously.

The informant finally shares the price of the smartphone in England: £439, i.e. pricing similar to the Samsung Galaxy A55 at its launch (€499 in France).
