Microsoft Surface: there will be something new in the range very soon

The announcement was made on Linkedin, which is probably no coincidence. On the Microsoft Surface account on the professional social network, the company shared a post announcing the imminent launch of new devices in its range to professionals. “Be ready! Join us at the Microsoft AI Tour in New York for a major Surface For Business announcement. Mark your calendars and don't miss a thing!” can we read directly on the Linkedin post. At the same time, the account also shares a direct link to the official website.

Two new devices for professionals

This event should be an opportunity for Microsoft to unveil two new devices in the Surface range dedicated to professionals. According to various speculators, these should notably be business versions of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7but also Surface Pro 11. Note that both models should notably feature the new Lunar Lake processors: the Surface 7 Laptop for Business has already leaked in October, which will have allowed many enthusiasts to discover the device and its flagship features in advance.

This announcement comes as Microsoft was able to announce that it has high expectations for its Microsoft Surface devices during the year 2025. These very first models of the year, if they will be mainly dedicated to professionals, will be an opportunity to see the improvements and changes made by Microsoft to achieve its objectives. On the other hand, a recent report was able to announce that a new device with an 11-inch screen, equipped with a Snapdragon Plus and another larger computer (16 inches) would be planned by Microsoft. But we will have to wait a little longer before discovering more: these two models should not be presented for an event dedicated to professionals.
