Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ & S25 Ultra: technical sheet and design, the end of the suspense!
On January 22, 2025, Samsung will hold a Galaxy Unpacked event in the United States to unveil its new generation of high-end smartphones Galaxy S25. In the meantime, two leaks have just put an end to the suspense.
To start, Android Headlines shared the technical sheet of the three smartphones on January 10, 2025. Here is that of the Galaxy S25:

- Snapdragon 8 Elite chip
- 12 GB of RAM
- 128, 256 or 512 GB of storage
- 4000 mAh battery
- 25W wired charging

With the Galaxy S25+, a few elements change: 6.7-inch screen (3120 x 1440 pixels), 256 or 512 GB of storage, 4900 mAh battery compatible with fast charging, size of 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3 mm and weight of 190 g.
Not surprisingly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is still as impressive as ever:

- Dimensions: 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm
- Weight 218 g
- 12 GB of RAM

- 5000 mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging
A few missing points should nevertheless be highlighted in these technical sheets, including the absence of Galaxy S25 Slimbetter wireless charging power and of the Qi2 standardor even 16 GB of RAM for the Galaxy S25 Ultra in 512 GB and 1 TB versions.
The same day, Android Headlines also shared marketing images from Samsung highlighting the three smartphones. The opportunity to observe an overall similar design between the Galaxy S24/S24+ and the Galaxy S25/S25+, but also to admire the fineness of the borders around the screen of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
