This approach is aimed at all individuals residing in the territory of Toulouse Métropole.

The water saving kit is composed of:

a shower flow reducer, which limits the flow to 8 liters per minute
a flow reducing aerator for kitchen faucets, which limits the flow to 6 liters per minute (F22 and M24 joints included)
a flow reducing aerator for bathroom faucet, which limits the flow to 2 liters per minute (F22 and M24 joints included)
a water-saving toilet bag, which reduces the volume of water used by 2 liters with each flush

What is the Ecobox used for? Once installed, these small devices will reduce water consumption by up to 25 or 30%, in a sustainable manner!

What type of Ecobox to choose?

2 kits are offered:

with eco-bag for toilets (note, not compatible with built-in toilets, wall-hung toilets, 3-6 liter double push models as well as recent models installed less than 10 years ago)
without ecobag for the toilet

No document is required to complete this process. Your name, first name, telephone number, email, postal address are mandatory data to provide. If you wish to participate in the evaluation and measure the real impact of your water savings, providing your water service subscriber number will be required.

Households that have already benefited from a water saving kit will not be eligible for another distribution.

How do I install my Ecobox? Installing the equipment is easy and quick (5 to 10 minutes maximum). No need for the services of a plumber or DIY expertise!

Installation instructions are included in the kit (with assembly diagrams).

After the process, you will receive an email* acknowledging receipt of your request and an email specifying the current delivery of the Ecobox, scheduled between 3 and 4 weeks maximum after submission of your request.

*Users who do not have an email can complete a paper form available at the Water Housein the Maisons Toulouse Services and welcoming Town halls of Toulouse Métropole.
