New Max: films and series to watch in streaming in February 2025

The Max platform is the last (of size) to arrive in France. Warner Bros. streaming service Discovery must therefore still convince, in particular by adding numerous programs each month to its already interesting catalog.

This is naturally still the case in February 2025, where Max is enriched with several films, series and documentaries. What to ask as an alternative from Netflix, Prime Video, Canal+ And Disney+.

And as usual, before presenting you the new Max programs in February, here is, in our opinion, the film and series of the month on the service.

The Max series of the month

The White Lotus – Season 3

Set in a Thai seaside resort, the series chronicles the adventures of its wealthy clients and employees during a week's vacation, until this happiness and veneer of facade cracks and reveals dark truths.

This highly anticipated new chapter in Mike White's satirical series promises once again to put a magnifying glass on certain members of our society, and on the excesses mixing sex, violence, drugs and false pretenses. After Hawaii and Sicily, this season 3 takes us to Thailand and as usual with a dream cast: Walton Goggins (Fallout), Leslie Bibb (Sex Education), Carrie Coon (The Gilded Age), Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter), Michelle Monaghan (Mission Impossible), Parker Posey (Mr. & Mrs. Smith), Patrick Schwarzenegger (The Boys) and the Frenchwoman Charlotte Le Bon.

From February 17 on Max.

Max movie of the month

Kevin Spacey Unmasked

The result of several years of investigation, this documentary paints a complete and uncompromising portrait of the accusations of sexual misconduct made against Spacey. More than just a recounting of the allegations, it highlights the toxic power dynamics that allowed these stories to remain in the shadows, while exploring the profound impacts on the victims' lives.

For once, the film of the month on Max is a documentary, offering unprecedented and chilling insight into the career of actor Kevin Spacey, known for his roles in The Usual Suspects, LA Confidential, House of Cardsand Oscar winner for American Beauty. Through the testimonies of men who have worked with him on the sets or in private life, Kevin Spacey Unmasked finally gives a voice to its alleged victims.
