Philips OLED TVs have their big effect each year with Ambilight technology which gives them a touch allowing them to differentiate them from the competition. LEDs are installed around their edge and project the colors of the image directly on the wall at the back to strengthen the immersion in a film or a game.
The manufacturer has just announced its new features for 2025 during an event in Barcelona, with the arrival of a new P5 AI processor of ninth generation, which gives pride of place to artificial intelligence to optimize image quality On most models, but also tandem panels presented by LG Display recently. Here is what to remember, from high -end TVs Oled910, 950 and OLED810, to the most entry -level OLED760.
The high -end OLED910 accompanied by a new OLED950
THE Philips Oled909 We had seduced in 2024, eco -friendly 5 stars during our test for its image quality and its very effective integrated audio system. In addition to new processors, it is above all the OLED META 3.0 technology of LG DISPLAY which arrives on the OLED910 and OLED950 with the RGB TANDEM OLED panel that we have already seen on the LG G5 And Panasonic Z95B. It will be able to deliver a brightness much greater than 2024 with a peak at 3700 cd/m² (probably around 2000 cd/m² during our tests on a window of 10 %) and better coverage of the colorimetric space DCI-P3.

The audio system is made up of a real sound bar at the front and improved, always designed in partnership with Bowers & Wilkins. Three tweeters are on board, as well as two woofers for the bass. The whole thing should deliver one of the best audio experiences on the market, although the bars of its high -end dedicated are obviously more efficient.

Note that only the OLED910 will take advantage of it, since the OLED950 is intended for users already with a dedicated sound system. No soundbar at the front for it, therefore, but this TV will take advantage in exchange for a better processor for an accent on the image quality. We will have to see in practice if the differences are felt, knowing that if you follow our advice, the Filmmaker mode deactivates all image processing to stay faithful to the film viewed…

Side gamingwe find G-Sync and Freesync technologies to avoid the tearinga refreshing slab at 144 Hz, while a new game bar should make its appearance. The AI will also be there to automatically detect the launched games and best adapt the settings.
OLED810, the right value for money with few sacrifices
OLED810 is positioned as a reference in the mid -range segment, in the same way as the LG C4 and the future LG C5, or the S90D of Samsung. Here, we will have to be satisfied with a brightness of 1500 cd/m² according to the manufacturer, which we will not fail to check. It is the biggest compromise to do compared to the OLED910, which benefits from the best OLED slab on the market and is much brighter.

We also lose the integrated sound bar of the higher -end model, but we keep all the advantages of the OLED in terms of image quality – obviously the most important in our eyes. We can add a dedicated sound bar if necessary.
The OLED810 will be available in June in 42 inch, 48 inch versions (with less bright slabs), 55 inches, 65 inch and 77 inch.
OLED760 around € 1000 for tighter budgets
With this most entry -level model in OLED, it will be necessary to be satisfied with a slab capable of reaching 1000 cd/m² of brightness, associated with a P5 AI processor of seventh generation (a little older, therefore). This model retains the ambilight on three sides, signature of the brand, and will benefit from the improved game bar.

The OLED760 is FREESYNC Premium compatible and offers four HDMI inputs supporting a 120 Hz refreshment rate. It integrates Titan OS, the Philips House Interface (TP Vision), and not Google TV as high -end models . The TV will be available from May in 48 inches, 55 inch, 65 inch and 77 inch. And if you don't know its price yet, it should be around € 1,000 shortly after its release.
We will obviously find ourselves in a few months for our tests of these new televisions, which are once again promising!
