We are very happy to receive Hanane & Anissa Abdelli for a signing session of their Easy Algeria recipe book to appear at Mango editions. Algerian cuisine has a remarkable wealth from a heritage transmitted from generation to generation. Mother and daughter wanted to share their conviviality cuisine. They highlight regional know-how favoring vegetables, legumes, aromatic herbs and cereals.
