The Brotherhood of Coteaux de Sucy invites you to discover its production of wine at Fort de Sucy (Galerie de Bacchus, Salle des Pressoirs, Coverie, Cellar and Chapter Salle).

Wine activity was the first economic activity in Sucy-en-Brie in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Three vines out of approximately 10 ares (1,250 feet, and 3 main grape varieties) were replanted in 1985.

During this visit, you will discover both the history of the vineyard in Sucy, its various grape varieties and its seasonal work, and in particular the techniques related to the size, as well as a large collection of tools used for production Wine.

You will then go down to the cellars of Sucy's Fort To visit the cellar and the Tank hall, in which the Chai master and his assistant develop the cuvées, where you will discover the vinification processes.

Finally, a tasting will be offered to you in the chapter room.
