Consisting of a small control box under the saddle and a radar sensor placed above or below the license plate. The system then warns you by light witnesses designed to adapt on the base of the mirrors. Two colors light up depending on the type of danger. As on certain modern motorcycle mirrors, an orange alert LED of a vehicle in the side angle. In red, a vehicle in the rear blindness too close.

Well integrated on the demonstration motorcycle, the system can be coupled with a mobile application or has a GARMIN GPS system such as the ZUMO XT2. In both cases, we can display the radar interface which displays the vehicle position that surrounds us with respect to us, like the automobile sytmes on the dashboard.
The IP67 certified system is displayed at the recommended price of € 599.99, which makes Garmin Zumo R1 radar an expensive device. With its compatibility all motorcycles, it can be useful for those who know their slowed reflexes, without having to choose a model equipped with the original of the blind spot detector.
