Husqvarna launches three-round-team robots with advanced technologies
For the 2025 season, Husqvarna is launching two new mowing robots for small and medium -sized gardens: the Automower 305th NERA and 405xe Nera. In addition to their systematic mowing functionality, they inaugurate a new wireless mowing solution that does not require the use of a reference station.
In addition, Husqvarna has also released an improved version of the Automower 435X AWD, which also benefits from systematic mowing, but also from the possibility of defining virtual limits since the brand's application.

The last young people of the brand are mainly intended for small gardens, thanks to their mowing capacity of up to 600 m² in random mowing and up to 900 m² in systematic mowing. This difference is explained by the arrival of the systematic mowing at Husqvarna, whose robots only mowed randomly. This method allows a band mowing by band, both more efficient, but also more aesthetic, since it allows you to leave beautiful parallel strips or to create a checkerboard pattern on the grass.
The two models have a main cutting disc of 22 cm to three swivel blades whose height is adjustable electronically, ranging from 20 to 55 mm. They also benefit from Edgecut technology, which uses a second cutting disc to mow the borders of the lawn independently. In addition, the two robots can manage slopes up to 30% elevation, allowing them to adapt to different types of gardens.
Regarding navigation, the new Automower offer three approaches to adapt to all types of gardens. We find the traditional peripheral cable, as well as the EPOS wireless solution. This is now available in two variants, the first which requires a reference station, but also another more innovative method, which uses the Husqvarna cloud for precise positioning less than 5 cm.
As its name suggests, this technology requires internet access, either in WiFi, or even in 4G for the Automower 405xe Nera. This is one of the main differences between the two models, since the 305th Nera is satisfied with a WiFi connection. There is also a GPS monitoring functionality in the event of theft on the Automower 405xe Nera, as well as a detection of obstacles by radar.
Both models are also compatible with the Automower Connect application, voice assistants, and even IFTTT. They also benefit from a color screen and the traditional Joystick Automower, allowing them to be controlled directly.
They are offered from 1,699 euros for the 305th NERA and 2,199 euros for the 405XE NERA.

In addition to these two new models, Husqvarna also launched an improved version of its all-terrain robot. It is mainly designed for complex land, since it can manage slopes of an inclination up to 70% thanks to its all -wheel drive. In addition, his articulated body offers him better maneuverability, especially in narrow passages. Initially planned to mow up to 3,500 m² in random mowing, the addition of the systematic mowing functionality makes it possible to extend the capacity to 5,000 m². The mowing system consists of a single 22 cm cutting disc to three swivel blades. Its height is adjustable electronically, ranging from 30 to 70 mm.
In addition to the systematic mowing, this improved version now allows you to manage virtual mowing limits from the application. It also benefits from the correction of satellite data via the HUSQVARNA cloud at no additional cost, allowing wireless navigation without installation of a reference station.
Finally, the robot also benefits from 4G connectivity and GPS follow -up in the event of a flight, as well as an on -board radar for obstacle detection. Its price begins at 5,999 euros, for a launch on February 21.
