What is the PlayStation Camera adapter and what is it for?
The PlayStation Camera adapter allows you to connect the PlayStation®Camera* (marketed for PlayStation®4 consoles) to a PlayStation®5 console. It is therefore possible to use PlayStation®VR to play compatible PS4® games on a PS5® console, including games requiring PlayStation®Move controllers or a PlayStation®VR aim controller.

* Model CUH-ZEY1 or CUH-ZEY2

Notes: The new HD camera for PS5 is not compatible with PS VR. You need to use PS Camera (for PS4) with a PlayStation Camera adapter (free) to use PS VR on PS5.

As of November 26, 2024, or while supplies last, the PlayStation Camera Adapter will no longer be available.
