Between November 4, 2024 and November 17, 2024, eligible customers making a first purchase on their mobile via the Amazon application (for iPhone and Android phones) will be able to benefit from a reduction of €10 for any eligible purchase of at least €25 using a unique promotional code (the “Offer” below): a) The Offer is only valid between November 4, 2024 and November 17, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (GMT). b) The promotional code must be used before November 17, 2024. c) The Offer is subject to applicability conditions: it is only valid for the first 62,000 eligible customers who meet the general conditions. d) Eligible customers will be able to view their eligibility at the top of the campaign home page when logged into their account. e) The Offer is only available to customers who have not yet made a purchase via the Amazon Shopping mobile application. f) The promotional code must be entered manually during the checkout process on the Amazon app. It only applies to eligible purchases of a minimum amount of €25. When paying with your promotional code, you will need to have previously added the relevant item(s) to your basket. g) The discount voucher can only be used on a future order of products shipped and sold by Amazon in the Amazon application (i.e. excluding products sold by third-party sellers on the site's Marketplace platform www.amazon.fr), with the exception of books, digital products (MP3, ebooks, etc.), Amazon Devices and Accessories, infant formula, electronic cigarettes, gift vouchers and Refurbished Offers. h) The coupon cannot be used on items sold by Amazon sellers other than “Amazon FR” (e.g. offer does not apply when the seller is “Amazon UK”, “Amazon DE” , etc.). i) Packaging and postage for each item will be in accordance with Amazon's standard shipping rates and policies or in accordance with the third party seller's shipping rates and policies, as applicable. j) The Offer is limited to one reduction per customer and per account. k) The Offer is only applicable to purchases made on the Amazon mobile application for iPhone and Android. l) The Offer cannot be combined with another promotion. m) The Offer has no commercial value. It is not transferable nor may it be resold. n) The Offer is subject to a total purchase amount of €25 minimum (the “Minimum Purchase Price” below). If you remove eligible items from your cart and your total purchase amount therefore falls below the Minimum Purchase Price, the Offer is no longer valid. If you cancel your order for an eligible item and the total purchase amount therefore falls below the Minimum Purchase Price, the Offer is no longer valid. If you return an eligible item and the total amount of purchases you retain therefore falls below the Minimum Purchase Price, Amazon reserves the right to charge you (using, without notice, the payment method you had chosen during the original order) the reduction you benefited from as part of this Offer. o) If you use the 1-click purchasing method, no promotional code can be applied to the order. p) If you place an order using a promotional code and subsequently decide to return or cancel the same order, the promotional code used cannot be refunded or reused. q) To benefit from this Offer, you must order all of your items at once and have them delivered to the same delivery address (using the same delivery method). r) Unless otherwise specified on the Offer(s) landing page or otherwise mentioned by Amazon, promotional codes cannot be used on existing orders, and only one promotional code per order may be used. s) In the event of violation of any term set out herein, the Offer becomes void and Amazon reserves the right to cancel your order(s). In addition, Amazon also reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time, without notice, in particular due to the significant number of fraud attempts. t) The conditions relating to promotional codes and credits of Amazon.fr as well as the conditions of use and general conditions of sale of Amazon apply in this case.
