Oppo Find X8 and 8 Pro: we know the date of the international launch of these ultra-premium smartphones

Back since last summer with its Reno 12 series, Oppo – which had deserted the French market and part of Europe a year earlier – seems determined to regain its place there. Its catalog is indeed destined to expand rapidly, starting with its Find X8 series, made official in October on the Chinese market. The BBK Electronics brand indeed confirms, by the voice of its product manager Pete Lauthat the device will be the subject of an international launch on November 21. Good news, insofar as the series Find X5 had proven to be excellent… in 2022, and where its heirs were long in coming.

After the Find, the Reno

If we already know the technical sheet of the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, the premium equipment and the chip Dimensity 9400 from MediaTek (see our summary dedicated to the two smartphones), that of another series of upcoming smartphones remains to be specified. Because in addition to these premium models, Oppo is preparing to formalize a Reno 13 family which would include an eponymous model and a Pro version. The site XiaomiUI I even believe that their officialization is planned a short distance from the international debut of the Find X8: it would be for November 25, probably only in China to begin with.

The characteristics of these posh high-end models, in the wake of an attractive Reno 12 Proare still not very precise. For the moment we must be satisfied with the predictions of leaker Digital Chat Station, on all fronts of telephony, which evokes the integration of a new Dimensity 8350 chip (MediaTek), 50 megapixel photo sensors or even batteries with a capacity of 5900 mAh, with charging at 80/50 W (wired/wireless) as a bonus. At least we probably won't have to wait long to find out if he's telling the truth.
