The HP Pavilion 16-af0019nf faces the competition

Chassis, connectors, screen of the HP Pavilion 16-af0019nf
It has a sober and elegant appearance with its fine matte steel gray and lightweight aluminum design.
This laptop has good connectivity including 2 USB-C, Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6 ax wireless modules to communicate and connect remotely, a practical HDMI video output to easily connect it to a TV or a monitor for example, an audio port or even 2 USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible) providing transfers up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 if USB devices 3.0 are connected to it.
Via Windows Hello technology and the infrared functionality of the webcam, biometric facial authentication is possible.
Fortunately for those most concerned about their privacy, you can close the webcam when you're not using it.
The chiclet keyboard is equipped with a backlighting solution for the keys that you simply activate when you need to better distinguish them.
The screen stands out on several points, starting with its OLED DCI-P3 characteristics offering much more faithful colorimetry than average with very deep blacks, vertical and horizontal viewing angles as well as minimal latency. The latter is associated here with a refresh rate of 120Hz which reinforces general fluidity.
The screen, whose 16:10 format displays more information in height than the standard 16:9, adopts a 2K definition that is slightly higher than Full HD.
In addition, the screen is adorned with a shiny coating due to its OLED technology. Consequently, sensitivity to reflections is present in a bright environment (e.g. outdoors) while the colors are bright.
Performance, autonomy of the HP Pavilion 16-af0019nf
The HP Pavilion 16-af0019nf is an elegant High Fidelity laptop PC with a comfortable format intended for everyday nomadic use.
In terms of autonomy, as it is able to last around 9 hours on battery in light use, this relatively thin and light Ultrabook will interest some wishing to equip themselves with a Student laptop.
In addition to this good battery life, this laptop delivers very good performance in everyday use such as office work and surfing the Internet or even for viewing HD photos/videos and playing light games.
Because it is driven by a low-consumption Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor Meteor Lake with 12 hybrid cores in which the Iris Xe graphics module takes place, supported by 16 GB of RAM.
Thanks to this laptop you can also carry out light multimedia processing taking advantage of multi-cores and RAM, such as small video encodings or photo editing.
On the storage side, HP unsurprisingly opts for a 512 GB SSD, a solution found in many models on the market (including more expensive ones!).
However, if you need more space, you can use an external storage module. Opting for a USB 3.0/USB-C device in this case represents an advantageous solution to benefit from fast transfers.
