The problem with good offers is that they sometimes hide less good ones. The world of internet boxes has also been hit hard, particularly at SFR, which does not hesitate to increase its prices.

Cablereview reveals that RED by SFR is readjusting the bill of happy customers who were entitled to discounts, reducing their monthly payments to €10 or €15.

The site thus mentions that subscribers who benefited from a rate of €15 per month now see it displayed at €24.49, while that of those at €10.98 per month rises to €19.98. We are thus faced with a drastic increase of almost €10, more precisely +63.27% for the €15 offer and +81.97% for the €10 offer.

Some have gradually been entitled to this increase since subscribing to the exceptional offers operated by RED by SFR at €10 per month between 2017 and 2020, while others are entitled to this sharp increase from one month to the next.

This brings old subscribers closer together prices currently charged by the ISP. For people disappointed by these new prices, please note that it is possible to legally cancel without charge.

As a reminder, article L224-33 of the Consumer Code offers consumers four months to carry out this process without having to pay out money for cancellation fees, generally around €50 and also including the remaining months of commitment.
